AU Sports is a coaching hub designed to aid coaches and players in sport development by providing a digital platform to compliment live training sessions.
Why AU Sports?
The website provides a user friendly centralized location that works on computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones.
Coaches and players have a member login, which offers private communication between the two. Each coach will have a library of images and videos to share with their players. Membership is free to use for all basic functions.
For under age players a parent is required to become the primary member and share access with their child.
Remote Training
Our video section enables players to upload videos of the mechanics. We recommend recording short slow motions videos so you mechanics can be broken down by your coach.
